Be confident your Key Safe is fitted perfectly and save the hassle and risk of finding a fitter or installing products yourself. Appointments for fitting are arranged around you. We will ring to confirm arrangements.

Our experienced engineer will complete a brief site inspection and then discuss their findings with you to agree positioning of your key safe.

Your installation will include fixing the key safe to an exterior wall using the fixings included with your key safe. The fixings are designed for use with a solid surface such as brick or concrete.

The position of your key safe will be governed by safe site access, and other obstructions such as submerged pipes or cables within the wall.

The engineer will carry out a final assessment to ensure the key safe is secure before providing a brief demonstration of your key safe and confirming the installation has been completed to your satisfaction.

Installation Info

Our engineer will contact you to arrange a suitable time for your key safe to be fitted. Generally during working hours because of the equipment used to drill the holes into brick or high density concrete.

When we arrange installation you will be given contact details to your local engineer. If you wish to reschedule your appointment please contact your local engineer using the supplied contact details at least 24 hours before your install date and they will do their best to assist you.

Installation time will vary but is usually around 30 minutes

Our engineer will visit your location in a van and will require adequate parking space.

Providing there are no hidden obstructions such as submerged pipes or cables we always secure the key safe to bricks in a wall.

Our installation service is required in order to activate your 5 year guarantee.

Maintenance

We can arrange regular maintenace of your key safe to make sure it is secure and working properly with a replacement fitted and re-coded.

If our engineer does not show up at the appointment time call us so that we can investigate.

If you are not happy with your installation again call as soon as possible so that we can investigate.

If the engineer damages your property you should immediately report any issues so that we can investigate and make a full assessment. We resolve all issues as swiftly as possible.
